Origin of Shipments

All orders ship from our location in Norfolk, Virginia, USA.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Processing Times

  • We strive to process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are eligible to ship out the same business day, depending on product availability.

  • Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotions.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Carrier: We use UPS for all our domestic shipments.

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated by weight and location. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

P.O. Box Restrictions

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
