Certificate never arrived

The certificate to Marks Carlson was never delivered. The tracking notice aside 8/28-9/3 so I was going to wait another day before contacting you. Can you please look into this.

We resolved this issue with Ms Rosen on September 5, 2024. The certificate was rewritten and held at the store for Mr Carlson to pick up that day. Mr Calson came and got the certificate and used it the same day.
